Director of Civil Design

Tom Borowicz joined TC2 in the summer of 2025 as Director of Civil Design, bringing with him over 13 years of proven leadership in civil engineering and infrastructure development. Throughout his career, Tom has successfully led a wide range of roadway design and construction projects spanning both urban and rural environments. His deep technical expertise is complemented by a practical, hands-on approach that has made him a trusted partner on some of the region’s most complex transit and infrastructure initiatives. Tom is particularly skilled at navigating tight right-of-way and aggressive schedule constraints, consistently delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions through seamless coordination with multidisciplinary teams. His passion for thoughtful, community-focused design continues to drive meaningful progress in the real world.
